Privacy Policy
INventorius is built on a simple principle: your data belongs to you. We designed the app to store everything locally on your device and never send your inventory to our servers.
Short version: Your inventory data never touches our servers. It lives on your device. The only optional exceptions are Cloud Sync, which uploads your data to your own Google Drive — not ours — and Shared Vaults, where data you choose to share is synced to the collaborators you invite.

We are the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the INventorius mobile application.

Shared Vaults: When you invite someone to a vault, the app grants their Google account access to that vault's files in your Google Drive, and their inventory changes sync back to you. You control who is invited and can revoke access at any time from Google Drive or by deleting the vault.
03 What We Do Not Collect
- Analytics or usage statistics
- Crash reports or diagnostic data sent to us
- Advertising identifiers
- Location data
- Any data through third-party tracking or advertising SDKs
We operate no backend servers that receive your data.
04 Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Inventory data and preferences
Processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us — namely, providing the App you purchased.
Google account information (Cloud Sync)
Processing is based on your consent, given when you choose to connect your Google account. You may withdraw consent at any time by signing out of Cloud Sync within the App. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
05 International Data Transfers
If you use Cloud Sync, your data is stored in Google Drive, which may involve transfer to servers outside the European Economic Area (EEA). These transfers are governed by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. See policies.google.com for details.
We do not otherwise transfer your personal data outside the EEA.
06 How Long We Keep Your Data
Inventory data: Stored on your device for as long as you use the App. Deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
Google account session data: Cleared when you sign out or uninstall the App.
Cloud Sync backups: Stored in your own Google Drive under your control. Delete them at any time from Google Drive.
We do not retain copies of your data on our own systems.
07 Your Rights Under GDPR
To exercise any right, contact us at info@inventorius.eu. We will respond within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania at https://vdai.lrv.lt.
08 Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the Google Drive API (optional). Use of Google Drive is subject to Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
The App is distributed via Google Play Store, subject to Google's own privacy terms.
We have no other third-party integrations, trackers, or analytics services.
09 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
